At The Foldie United Kingdom, we want you to love your travel gear. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and UK postcode to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original folded state.

• 3.
  Ship Your Return

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop off your package at any designated Royal Mail or courier collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
